Chizara Philips, the Director and Chairperson, studied banking and finance and holds a Master’s degree in human resources with 17 years of experience gathered before she relocated to the UK. Chizara is also a childminder and director of Chizara Child Minding Services.

Chizara Philips is a dedicated woman who enjoys helping people and improving their experience with life, she is a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills.

A survivor herself, Chizara was diagnosed with grade 3 breast cancer in 2015 and had a very difficult time, dealing with a myriad of emotions as well as physical pain. Having had such an experience, she understands how important it is to provide support for people who have breast cancer so that they are able to handle the stigma and other social issues that come with it especially in African communities.
